Payments are handled by Paypal. When you click 'pay' at the Paypal checkout you offer to buy the goods at the prices indicated, including the postage and packaging charges that apply to your purchase. Prices indicated beside each individual product do not include P&P - this is added at checkout. Your order will usually be despatched within 2 working days. (If you require an item urgently contact us to check delivery times.) If there are any problems with fulfillment of your order we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible. If you do not want to order through the website please call or email us to make arrangements.
Order Cancellations & Returns
Under consumer protection legislation you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund if, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from this website, or the goods are found to be damaged. To cancel an order please contact us any time from placing the order to 7 working days after receipt of the goods. Customers must take reasonable care when returning items to ensure that they are securely packaged and clearly addressed. Please also obtain a certificate of posting. We can not be held liable for items lost or damaged in the post. Returns are sent at customers expense. In the unlikely event that goods are found to be faulty return costs will be refunded. Always use the least expensive method of returning faulty items. Once we have received and verified the returned item a refund or replacement will be initiated. This does not affect your statutory rights.
